Luv to Travel is a boutique travel advisory registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) under registration number #50026967. We are operated by Sandra and Vicky and provide personalized travel planning for Canadian clients.

• Travel dates, destination preferences, and group size
• Special requests or trip notes included in your message

We do not collect payment card information — all bookings and payments are handled directly through supplier systems. Standard server and hosting logs may capture IP address and browser data as part of normal web operations.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Prepare and deliver a custom travel quote for your trip
• Communicate with you about your booking or inquiry
• Send our newsletter, if you have opted in
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including TICO requirements
• Improve our website and advisory services

4.Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in operating this website. Each processes data on our behalf:

• Resend — transactional email delivery for quote confirmations and correspondence. Data is processed in the United States under standard contractual clauses.
• Supabase — secure storage of form submissions. Data is hosted in US and/or Canadian regions with row-level security applied.
• Vercel— website hosting and edge delivery. Standard server logs are retained per Vercel's privacy policy. Data is processed in the United States.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

5.Data Retention

Form submission data is retained for three years from the date of last contact, or as long as required by TICO regulations. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@luvtotravel.ca.

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request corrections to any inaccurate information
