1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2.Our Services

Luv to Travel provides travel advisory services. We are not an online booking engine — we do not sell travel services directly through this website. All trips are planned collaboratively with our advisors; bookings are confirmed with and by the relevant supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, or tour operator), not by the submission of a quote request form on this website.

Our advisors are Sandra and Vicky. We are based in Vaughan, Ontario and serve clients across Canada.

3.Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by Luv to Travel are estimates and are not a final confirmation of price or availability. Prices are subject to change until a deposit is received and a booking is confirmed in writing with the supplier. Quotes are provided in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers and TICO consumer protection regulations.

4.Booking Conditions

A deposit is required to hold supplier reservations. Deposit amounts vary by supplier and trip type and will be communicated to you at the time of quote. Full payment due dates vary by supplier and departure date and will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation documents.

5.Payment & Cancellation

All cancellations must be submitted in writing directly to your Luv to Travel advisor — Sandra at sandra@luvtotravel.ca or Vicky at vicky@luvtotravel.ca. Please contact the advisor who handled your booking to ensure your request is received promptly. Cancellation fees are imposed by suppliers and vary by booking, destination, and timing relative to departure. We are not responsible for supplier-imposed cancellation penalties. Full details of cancellation terms will be provided at time of booking.

In the event of a booking change or modification, supplier change fees may apply in addition to any Luv to Travel service fees.

6.Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, medical emergency, and evacuation coverage. Travel insurance is not included in any quote unless explicitly stated in writing. Luv to Travel can assist with referrals to insurance providers on request. We are not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

7.Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all travellers in your party:

• Hold a valid passport with at least six months validity beyond the return date
• Have obtained all required visas and entry permits for each destination
• Meet any health requirements, including vaccinations, required for entry

8.Limitation of Liability

Luv to Travel acts as an agent for travel suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. We are not the supplier of the services described in any itinerary and are not liable for the acts, omissions, failures, negligence, or default of any supplier.

We are not responsible for losses, damages, or expenses arising from force majeure events including weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our advisory services shall not exceed the total fees paid to Luv to Travel for those advisory services.

9.TICO Registration

Luv to Travel is registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) under registration number #50026967. 10.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11.Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
